Rape
The sexual assaults occurred after a party on April 2, 2016.
He allegedly penetrated the two victims with his finger while they were unconscious.
Becker and the victims stayed the night at the residence of where the party had taken place.
All three stayed to help clean, and fell asleep in the same bed that night.
David Becker, a recent graduate of East Longmeadow High School, was charged in April after two female classmates said they had fallen asleep after drinking at a house party.
Each of the victims reported being awoken by Becker inserting his finger in their vaginas, court records said.
Sufficient facts existed to find Becker guilty of rape and two counts of indecent assault and battery, according to the records.
Comparison to Brock Turner
The case has been compared to the case against Stanford rapist Brock Turner.
Judge Aaron Persky had sentenced Brock Turner a white student athlete like David Becker to only a few months in jail after sexually assaulting an unconscious woman.
This case is more egregious since Judge Thomas sentenced David Becker to zero jail time and only two years of probation a much lighter sentence despite David Becker having raped two women.
