Daryll Rowe is a Scottish Hairdresser who is accused of infecting sexual partners he met online with HIV by cutting off the tips off of condoms. ^[1]

Rowe is a man from Edinburgh who has also traveled and lived in England. He was diagnosed with HIV in 2015. ^[2]

On October, 2017, Rowe became part of a controversial court battle over accusations that he had purposely infected men he dated using online apps with the HIV virus between October 2015 and December 2016.

At the time, he was living in the city of Brighton. ^{[3] [6]}

Rowe is charged with infecting four men with HIV and of attempting to infect a further six.

He has denied the accusations has plead not guilty.

Some of the alleged

victims claim they were deceived by Rowe's intentions as he would lie about having HIV.

They also said that he was a controlling and manipulative person.

He would often text threatening messages whenever he wouldn't hear from the alleged victims for more than 2 hours.
