Daniel first started his career in finance working for major firms such as Goldman Sachs and Royal Bank of Scotland.
In 2010, Daniel founded RDS Capital a family-owned strategic advisory firm working closely with corporations, family offices, and the worlds most influential business leaders. Daniel was formerly a principal of a single family office (GKAM) in London where he led the creation of the Financial Times Philanthropy & Global Impact Summit. Daniel has been recognised as a pioneer in the world of social entrepreneurship and co-founded SalaryFinance.com with Asesh Sarkar and Dan Cobley former MD of Google (UK). [7]

A keen supporter of social entrepreneurship he is an active speaker at global conferences and most recently had published a white paper on leadership practices "creation of success" taught to 52 incoming professors of the Los Angeles College District. He was formerly on the advisory board of Hand in Hand founded by European Industrialist Dr. Percy Barnevick. Daniel worked closely with Elon Musk’s brother, Kimbal Musk World Economic Forum Entrepreneur of the Year.

Daniel has a degree in Financial Economics BA (Hons) and is a graduate of Harvard Business School where he completed the PLD program in Management. [7]
