Conor Betts is a mass murderer who shot up a bar called Ned Peppers in Dayton, Ohio.

Conor was shot and killed by police officers less than a minute after he began shooting a.223-caliber rifle into crowds at the Oregon District around 1 a.m. on 8/4/2019.

At least 16 people were injured during the attack and at least 9 are dead.

It's been reported that he was dressed in all black, wearing body armor and was carrying additional high-capacity magazines.
