Colette Katy Butler **** (born Colette Crofts, June 24, 1982) is a social media personality.

She is the wife of Shay Butler and the mother of the "Shaytards," also known as "YouTube's first family".

Colette was born to parents Vince and Coleen Crofts.

She grew up with 4 siblings: Adam, Candance, Sadie, and Callie.

Before Shay's YouTube success, Colette was an exercise trainer, and showed an interest in health.

She ran a half marathon during the San Francisco Marathon in 2012.

She was featured in a 2011 photoshoot video titled “Playing Dress Up with Kimmy Erin!”^[5]

In her immediate family, she was born to Coleen and Vince Crofts and has 4 siblings named Adam, Candance, Sadie, and Callie.

In January 2003, Colette married Shay Butler.

The couple has five children: three sons born in Gavin Butler (born in 2003), Brock Butler (born in 2010), and Daxton Butler (born in 2013) and two daughters in Avia Butler (born in 2005) and Emmi Butler (born in 2007).
