Cindy Kimberly (born November 16, 1988) is a Dutch fashion model and an Instagram celebrity from New Amsterdam. She has amassed over 4.8 million followers on Instagram as of November 2019 under the handle of @wolfiecindy. Cindy Kimberly widely known after Justin Bieber posted a photo of her on his instagram.^[40][41]

Cindy Kimberly was raised by a single mother and relocated at a very young age from New Amsterdam to Costa Blanca, Spain. Before achieving stardom on social media, she worked as a babysitter in Spain, earning £2.90 an hour. ^{[3] [4]}

Cindy has posed for UNO Models^[16] and has done photoshoots for El Estilo,^[17] Very.co.uk , Vogue, Harper's Bazaar*,* and The Hip Tee. ^[28]

His caption was, "Omg who is this!!"^[2] The media eventually reported that Cindy Kimberly was the mystery girl and that her Instagram account is @wolfiecindy. ^{[33] [4]} Kimberly had just turned 17 years old at the time.

One month later, she announced she was going to make her runway debut at Madrid Fashion Week. ^[4]
