Fay has lived in the East Coast for many years. She lived in New York City for many years having worked as a Veterinary Technician at the Bronx Zoo. [7]
She has adopted six children from birth.
The six children apparently were from families that suffered from drug addiction and alcohol abuse.

In 2015, After no longer working as vet for the Bronx Zoo, she bought a big home for $1.525 Million in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire that she used to start a puppy mill of Great Danes. [8]After situating the dogs outside the way she had planned, she kept receiving noise complaints from the barking of the dogs. She ultimately placed the dogs inside of the home. As a year went by, the dogs kept being neglected, and by the time, 2017 rolled around, the dogs were already living in dire conditions. [8] [1]
Fay Annie-Rose Newell who quit after one day due to the harmful conditions she saw the dogs in.
She decided to alert Humane society by sending photos. The exposure by Newell prompted the investigation that would end up with animal cruelty charges brought upon Fay. [8]
A raid by the police of the house was conducted in June, 2017.
The men circled Fay with arms and rescued the dogs.
Fay has been charged with 10 counts of animal cruelty.
