In March 2015 to December 2015, Christina Farr worked as a Digital Health Editor and NPR contributor for KQED. While there, she was the host and editor of a blog called Future of You, which focuses on the intersection of health and technology. The blog focuses on the future of medicine and how it is changing. She has written about food technology, health IT, and health interoperability challenges.

Before working on the 'Future of You' blog, Farr worked as a technology and health correspondent for Thomson Reuters. She was responsible for breaking news on Apple. She has reported exclusively on Apple's talks with Federal Trade Commission, Apple's enterprise assault and partnerships, Google X's Life Sciences business unit, the first hospitals to adopt Apple's HealthKit service, as well as Facebook's plans to develop applications for patients.
While working with Reuters, Chrissy Farr won the award for the Women 2.0's "One to Watch in Media" Award in 2015.
