Chinecherem Eze

Chinecherem Eze (born March 7, 1992) is a Nigerian-American serial entrepreneur, investor, actress, and film producer. She is the founder and CEO of Hissbox, a fast-growing film distribution, app and streaming company. She also founded Adaora.com a beauty-niched multi-vendor online marketplace alongside Adaora Beauty, a retail beauty store with franchises across the nation.

Eze was recognized and honored with the Outstanding Professional of the Year Award by the United States Congresswoman Karen Bass for her outstanding achievements in business having moved to the United States as a 20 year old immigrant from Nigeria, and within 3 years of start-up her company, Adaora became a household name with franchise locations across various parts of the country while also serving as a Reservist with the United States Army.

Eze has produced and starred in several short films and TV shows.

She was also featured on Ellen DeGeneres Game of Games Season on NBC.

She studied Political Science and Theatre Arts at the University of California, Los Angeles and currently serves in the United States Army Reserve.

Early life

Eze was born Chinecherem Eze on March 7, 1992, in Nsukka, a town in Enugu State, Nigeria but relocated to the United States in 2013, first for studies after which she dived into business.

Business career

While Eze was in college, she started her beauty business.

First selling at home then online and finally she opened her first Brick and Mortar store in 2016 on Crenshaw Blvd, Los Angeles, California which today is known as Adaora Beauty a subsidiary of Adaora Inc.

In 2017, Eze expanded and opened a second location in Hawthorne, California.

Council Member Mike Talleda participated in the store’s ribbon cutting and official opening.

Pageantry

In 2016, Eze competed in Miss Africa USA held in Washington D.C where she was awarded the Cultural Ambassador and People’s Princess [3].

She, later on, competed in Miss Nations of the World, and made the top 10 finalists and was also awarded the People’s Choice Award.
