Charlotte Palermino is an American marketer and entrepreneur who is currently the CEO of Nice Paper, a cannabis publication focusing on covering peaceful brands and creating original content. Her rise to internet recognition as a marijuana advocate came after her article, "I Microdosed Weed For a Week. Here's What Happened", was published on Cosmopolitan on April 20th, 2018.

Palermino was born and raised on the East Coast of the United States where she has lived for most of her life. She is a native of the state of New York and has grow up in the neighborhood of Brooklyn. She continues to be based out of Brooklyn. Growing up, the women in her family are her biggest influence in enacting her "hustler" mentality.

Palermino is an alumni of McGill University in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

She received her BCom degree in Marketing, Global strategy, and Political science. She was the director of M.A.C AIDS p[h]assion charity. She was also the sponsorship coordinator of M.A.C AIDS p[h]assion charity.

During her early career, Charlotte fulfilled several roles related to the marketing department for various companies.

She was the Marketing intern for the companies: Genetec Inc, and Skycore Inc. She was then the project coordinator for BAM strategy.

She then became the sales solution specialist for VideoEgg.

At SAY Media, where she worked for nearly more than 4 years, she had various roles at the company all related to content creation and marketing strategies.

She was the associate director of partnerships for Hearst Magazines. She directed and executed partnerships across all Hearst Digital titles. She launched, developed content strategy, handled the marketing and design of a project called Cosmopolitan Snapchat Discover, which drove over 3 million visits daily.

She was the editorial development lead for Snap Inc.

In addition to being a part of numerous companies where her role included various positions related to marketing, she has also been a devout writer for several publications.

She has written for Elle magazine, Cosmopolitan, and Esquire.

Palermino is the CEO and co-founder of Nice Paper, a company dedicated to illustrating the soft side of the Cannabis industry through the creation of original content as well as editorials about brands.

On April 20th, 2018, Palermino released an article about her experience in microdosing Marijuana throughout the day for 14 days straight.
