Born and raised in the state of California, he has spent much of his upbringing near the Fontana area. ^[6]He currently lives in the town of Ontario where he attends AB Miller High School- he is currently a senior. ^[4]

False information shows that the person worked for Maxzone Auto Parts Corp. in Fontana, CA.

However the company has already denied they've ever had an employee with the same name.

On December 2nd, 2017, a Snapchat was taken of Charles throwing a cat high up in the air as if it was a football only for the cat to land harshly on the floor. Once the video was shared on Social media, users on Twitter began to dox Charles and his whereabouts. They also contacted his school and his work to report the crime that was caught on video. ^{[12] [4] [13]}
