Charlene Lingham is the owner of Lingham Consulting. She is a Self-motivated, results driven online marketing professional with more than 9 years’ experience and a proven track record of developing and executing direct marketing strategies to drive ROI positive, record customer acquisitions, traffic and revenue for startups and Fortune 500 companies across different industries using various online marketing channels.[1][2]

Charlene obtained BA, in Communication Science from 2001 – 2004 and Certificate in Business Applications on the Internet from 2003 – 2004 both at University of South Africa (Universiteit van Suid-Afrika).

She co-founded Clicks2Customers (a global leader in performance based Search engine marketing in 2003). They grew the business from a small team of 5 people to a group of companies that currently employs over 50 people and has generated over $100m in revenue for clients.
Clicks2Customers (via incuBeta) has won a number of awards, including Top Technology Company in South Africa in 2006 and the Horizon award for Global Vision in the same year.

Charlene is married to Vinny Lingham (a South African internet entrepreneur who is the co-founder & CEO of Civic - an identity protection and management startup). Her husband was previously the founder and CEO of Gyft & Yola, Inc. [5]
He is also the co-founder of SiliconCape, an NGO based in South Africa that aims to turn Cape Town into a technology hub.
He was also previously the founder and CEO of the global search marketing firm incuBeta and its subsidiary Clicks2Customers.
