Caesar Noriega (born December 14, 1983), better known as CDNThe3rd, is a professional gamer and Twitch streamer. Most of his online success comes from playing Fortnite games.

Noriega's streaming career began when he started playing DayZ in 2010. Subsequently, he provided commentary while playing Killer Instinct.

CDNThe3rd started gaining popularity by playing the deathmatch survival game H1Z1: King of the Kill. He was a professional player a few years later. He also played Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and uploaded them to his channel.

CDNThe3rd is currently known for playing Fortnite. After its release, he began playing the game and immediately gained a huge following on streaming platforms. As of December 2018, Noriega had over 1.7 million subscribers on Twitch.tv and and 429,000 followers on Twitter. He also has 1.2 million subscribers and over 112 million views on YouTube.

The emoticon can be obtained by reaching Tier 42 on Fortnite.
