Caroline Biden is a 29 year-old New York City resident who's known for being the niece of Joe Biden. She has had several controversial incidents with law enforcement. ^[1]

Her parents are James B. Biden and Sara Biden (nee.

Jones), and she has two brothers: James, 31 and Nicholas Coleman Biden.

She has admitted to many of her intimate and close friends that being the niece of the vice-president has made her life really difficult.

She is a graduate of Georgetown University. While she was a student she was detained and later arrested over dispute of a ticket. Charges were later dropped.

Caroline was previously an art dealer at Higher Pictures in New York City.

She interned at Proof Integrated Communications from 2010- 2011.

One of the very first times she had a run in with the law was when she was detained over the mix concerning the train ticket.

In late October, 2013, she was arrested and charged with resisting arrest, obstructing governmental administration and harassing a former roommate.

This was an incident that occurred in Desbrosses St. building around the Tribeca area.

When the cops arrived over the noise complaint and disturbance, Caroline reprimanded one of the officers for trying to make the arrest pleading with them that they don't know who she is.

During such moment, she and the cop got into a struggle and she landed a punch on the officer.

She was later escorted out with a sheet to hide her identity of having implication to the vice-president.

On June 9th, 2017, she was given a credit card to buy an item that cost around $650 at C.O. Bigelow Pharmacy. She used the card to set up an account that she used for $100K in purchases.

She was offered a plea bargain at the Manhattan Supreme Court in New York and pleaded guilty to using a borrowed credit card to go on a lush shopping binge.
