Bruce Fenton
Bruce Fenton is an asset manager and Blockchain enthusiast based in the Boston area. Along with founding the Wealth Management firm Atlantic Financial, Fenton has been involved in blockchain since 2012. He has been an active part of the community, being the founder of the Satoshi Roundtable and a Board Member of The Bitcoin Foundation.
Education and Military Service
Fenton graduated from Wilbraham and Monson Academy. He attended Bentley University where he earned a BA in Management. From 1990 to 1992, Fenton served the United States Navy in Coronado, California.

Fenton started being a Stock Broker in 1992 at the age of 19 at Dean Witter (which later became Morgan Stanley). In December 1994, Fenton founded and became Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer of Atlantic Financial, a full service investment and wealth management company. The organization has served as a money management adviser, consultant and economic strategist to corporations, governments and high net worth individuals. Atlantic Financial has invested in early in emerging disruptive assets such as blockchain and cryptocurrencies. Atlantic Financial was the first full service investment firm to have an internet presence.

Fenton first got into cryptocurrency in 2012 and has since invested in the Ethereum crowdsale, the seed round of ShapeShift, the seed round of Block.one, Abra, and more. He has been involve of the Bitcoin Foundation since 2013 and served as its Executive Director in 2015. Since 2015, Fenton has hosted the Satoshi Roundtable, an annual invitation only blockchain retreat for the most prominent people in the industry. Past attendees have included Vitalik Buterin, Adam Back, Roger Ver, Charlie Lee, Bobby Lee, Elizabeth Stark, Brian Armstrong, Fluffypony, Brock Pierce and more.
Fenton is involved with emerging projects and venture in the blockchain and cryptocurrency space.
He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Medici Ventures (owner of tZero and subsidiary of Overstock). Fenton is the Owner of Chainstone Labs, a company focused on tokenized securities. He also created Spacesuitx, an open source method to evaluate digital assets. In addtion, Fenton is the host of the annual New Hampshire crypto event every October, the Free State Blockchain Digital Assets Conference. Fenton is a supporter of the Ravencoin project.
