Brian Entin

Brian Entin is an Emmy Award winning Journalist and a native of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He joined the 7 News team WSVN-TV in March 2016, as an anchor and reporter. He previously worked at NBC affiliate in West Palm Beach, Florida where he won two Emmy awards for his reporting[1]

Career

Brian Entin started as an intern in WSVN during his college years, while in high school, he wrote for the Sun Sentinel’s teen page.

Inquisitive by nature and always asking questions.

He wants to know the who, what, where and why, but also the how and what it made you feel like.

So when he stumbled into his first journalism opportunity, immediately things just clicked.

After graduating from the University of Missouri, he started his broadcasting career in 2007 at KTVO as an anchor and reporter which spanned for almost 3 years, from August 2007 through March 2010.

Then he worked as a reporter for WTOC-TV from March 2010 through March 2013. Before moving to WSVN in 2016, he worked as a reporter for the WPTV-TV Newschannel 5 , for three years (from March 2013 through March 2016).[3] He is currently an Investigative Reporter in Miami for 7 News WSVN-TV.

Personal

Entin is a native of Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

He bagged his Bachelors pf Arts degree in English language and Literature from the University of Missouri- Columbia.[2]

When he is not occupied, he enjoys traveling, aviation, good food, and hanging out with his golden retriever Shelby.
