Zeynep Ton is an adjunct associate professor at MIT Sloan School of Management.

She previously spent seven years on the faculty of Harvard Business School.

At both schools, she has won awards for excellence in teaching.

Ton is the author of "The Good Jobs Strategy: How the Smartest Companies Invest in Their Employees to Lower Costs and Boost Profits."

Her research has been published in managerial and scholarly journals including Harvard Business Review, California Management Review, and Organization Science and featured widely in the media, including The Atlantic, The New Yorker, The New York Times, and Financial Times.
