Evan McDowell, better known as Big Ev or Double Vodka Don, is a blogger at Barstool Sports. He is based in New York City. ^[0]

McDowell is originally from Goshen, New York. He attended The Ohio State University and was a member of the Delta Chi Fraternity. While attending Ohio State, McDowell was the campus Barstool Sports Viceroy and was in charge of social media grew their account to over 20,000 followers. In 2018, he was catfished by a Michigan fan who tricked him to flying from Columbus, Ohio to New York City for a Barstool Sports interview that did not exist. He would be later offered a real interview by David Portnoy and get a job full-time. ^[2]
