Education
Nobilo received her First-class degree in history from the University of Warwick and a Master's degree with comparative politics from the London School of Economics. She also holds several professional l diplomas in Communication and was the youngest ever recipient of a fellowship in Communications where she designed and conducted original research into the impact of the body language of political leaders on their electoral success. At 2011, she was one of three students awarded with the Outstanding Student Contributions Award.
The award recognizes students' contributions to the University of Warwick, as well as the local community and the world at large.
Career
Early beginnings
Prior to working at CNN, Nobilo worked in the Houses of Parliament and in the defense and security sectors. She has worked on three general election campaigns, a nationwide referendum as well as in research, speech-writing, and campaigns for ministers and members of Parliament in the United Kingdom. [2]
She also founded the Student Heart Health Trust, a charity that aims to promote and encourage cardiovascular health for students in the United Kingdom.
CNN
During her time at CNN, Nobilo has reported extensively on the United Kingdom's decision to leave the European Union and on the ongoing Brexit negotiations. She has interviewed multiple United Kingdom cabinet members and regularly reports from Brussels on European politics. [2]
Nobilo has also secured exclusive interviews with Managing Director Christine Lagarde and George Osborne on the election of President Trump and the architect of Brexit, Nigel Farage, in the lead up to the UK Brexit referendum. She also interviewed London Mayor Sadiq Khan in the wake of the Parsons Green attack. [2]
In February 2019 Bianca sat down for a rare and exclusive interview with The Speaker of Britain's House of Commons, John Bercow. Currently, she is a host of The Brief with Bianca Nobilo.[17]
