Benjamin Golden was a mid-level executive for Yum!

Brands which owns Taco Bell.

In November 2015 he was caught on video assaulting Uber driver Edward Caban and lost his job.

Caban is also suing him for $25K.

Golden feels remorseful and says he would like to apologize to Caban for his behavior.
