Benjamin 'Benji' Ryan Taylor is a resident of Cottageville, West Virginia. He is a former employee of Douglas Builders and Hunter Construction. [1]
Murder
On October 2, 2016, Taylor was arrested and charged in the Sexual assault and Murder of Emmaleigh Barringer, who was 10 months old. The girl's mother, Amanda Leigh Adkins, who was dating Taylor, reportedly woke up between 4:30am and 5am and found her baby girl naked and bleeding on her basement floor.
Taylor is being held at South Central Regional Jail on a $2 million dollar bond.
Petition to face death
A petition came calling for the hanging death of Taylor.
