After earning a bachelors degree in Psychology, Dr. Ben Bissell earned his doctorate degree with a concentration in the area of Organization and Human Behavior.

He continued his postgraduate work at the Medical College of Virginia, where he taught courses on the emotional care of patients and worked with department staffs on how to manage conflict.

Dr. Ben Bissell has continued an interest in group dynamics, and he teaches over 150 programs annually to companies, organizations, schools, and hospitals.
