Banu was born in West Germany. She returned to Turkey and that is where she got her early education. She is a licensed [undefined] Volley Ball player. Her masters thesis got Published research in the news. This is what bought her to Fox TV. In 2009 she started working at NTV and news channel of Turkuvaz Media Group in 2011. She has performed live broadcast interviews with many important names, and has made numerous special broadcasts on NTV, ATV and A Haber.
