Bailey Tilley was a 16-year-old student at Winter Haven High School. He originally hails from Winter Haven, Florida. Baily's passions in life included fishing and hunting hogs.

Friends and family often referred to Tilley by his nickname, "Bubba" and he is remembered for his positive attitude and uplifting personality.

On December 29th at around 6:40 am, Tilley was driving a gray 1999 Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck on Snell Road. While crossing over ABC Cutoff Road, a white 2011 Chevrolet 3500 flatbed truck that was traveling westbound collided with Tilley's truck, causing both vehicles to spiral together into a tree. ^[1] Tilley was taken to a local area hospital where he was later pronounced dead. ^[1]
