Career
Ashley Fox was an NFL reporter/analyst for ESPN's SportsCenter and a regular contributor to other shows including Outside the Lines. She also has done NFL-related pieces for SC Featured. She was laid off from ESPN in the April 2017, along with 86 other employees.

Ashley joined ESPN as an NFL columnist in July of 2011 and wrote for ESPN.com until September of 2016.
Prior to joining ESPN, Ashley was a sports columnist at the Philadelphia Inquirer. During her 11 years with the newspaper (2000-11), she covered all of the city’s sports teams, including the 2000-01 76ers that lost in the NBA Finals to the Los Angeles Lakers and the 2004 Philadelphia Eagles that lost in Super Bowl XXXIX to the New England Patriots. In 2010, Fox co-authored the series “The Deciders” on the Eagles decision makers, including owner Jeffrey Lurie, then-head coach Andy Reid and then-president Joe Banner. [1]
Fox has also worked at the Louisville Courier-Journal (1996-2000) covering the University of Louisville football and men’s basketball programs and at Sports Illustrated (1993-96), where she was a reporter covering college basketball and football. [1]
