Education
Brewer attended the University of Southern California, where she was a member of the varsity women's swimming team and competed in the 2012 Olympic Trials. She swam the 100-meter backstroke.
Career
Brewer also worked as an intern in the ABC sports department in the Spring of 2014.
After graduating from USC, she became a college football sideline reporter for Cox7 in Arizona. She then became the weekend sports anchor at KGUN, the ABC affiliate in Tucson, Arizona.
In her two years at KGUN, Brewer covered all professional and college sports, as well as Super Bowl XLIX and the 2016 College Football National Championship game.
Personal Life
Brewer attributes her love of sports to growing up in a family of five Division-I athletes.
Her oldest brother, Charles Brewer, is a right-handed pitcher for the Arizona Diamondbacks. Her brother Chase played baseball at UCLA, and her younger brother Connor is a quarterback at the University of Virginia. Her younger sister, Abby, played sand volleyball at USC.
Brewer's mother, Deborah Pyburn Brewer, was a news anchor for the CBS station in Phoenix for almost 10 years.
