Education
Ashlee Banks graduated from Morgan State University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism, and went on to earn a Master of Arts in Film and Video from American University in 2016. During the course of her studies, Banks undertook internships at C-SPAN, Nielsen, CNBC, Voice of America, and Fox News Channel. [1]
Career
Ashlee Banks worked as a producer and host on WEAA, the NPR affiliate in Baltimore, Maryland, from 2009 to 2012, and returned for a brief stint as its morning news anchor in 2015. Banks went on to join the Staff of RT America in Washington, DC later that year. [1]
