Arvin Lal is a fitness enthusiast and Chief Executive Officer of Shredz.

Arvin was born in New York City and grew up in East Brunswick to an Indian-American family. He went on to attend Rutgers University and later earned his M.B.A.

In 2012, Arvin and his friend, a chiropractor named Michael Dimarco, started their supplement company Shredz in Arvin's parents' basement and earned $90,000 in their first year in operation.

By optimizing their social media outreach, Shredz earned over $5 million in 2013 and worked out partnerships with multiple influencers such as Paige Hathaway.

Arvin has a prominent social media presence in his own right with nearly 900,000 followers on his Instagram and over 1.1 million likes on Facebook. He regularly posts motivational posts and videos to his legions of fans.
