Ariel began his career managing technology projects at International Information Investors, an investment company. Later he became a senior consultant at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting . 
Ariel Jalali joined Infotrieve and led its Project management office (PMO) overseeing development of a Bioinformatics search engine software as a service ( SaaS ) called the Life Science Research Center, Electronic Lab Notebook and Virtual Library products. After that, he became a technology consultant working with Software development companies such as Petta Technology, Revere Group and UCG. Ariel Jalali has also co-founded Chikchak. 
Since 2014, Ariel is a Mentor for Minds Matter of Los Angeles, that is a transformative program that inspires students by providing knowledge and skills necessary for unlocking their full potential and enhancing academic performance.
