Dr. Anita Jacobs' professional objective is to provide understanding and practical instruction on the use of authority, energy and people awareness to Influence others in formal and informal interactions including client and fund raising. Dr. Jacobs is the president of the National center for Effective Speaking and specializes in programs with substance and a "sense of human". Dr. Jacobs has worked with thousands of professionals, executives, managers and staff personnel over the years. She focuses on improving people skills and quality of life for national and international business people, civil servants, and non-profit volunteers and professionals. Dr. Jacobs' credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy(Ph.D) in Administration and Educational Leadership from Georgia State University, a C.A.S. in Human Resource Administration and Planning, an M.S. in Clinical Speech and Language Pathology from the University of Vermont and a B. A. in Communications from New York University. Dr. Jacobs was awarded the 2000-2001 Senior Melton Educator Fellowship for scholarship at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Her book from this experience is "Portraits in Passion:Vision and Values of American-Israeli Women". Anita speeks about pride, passion and purpose. Among other positions, Dr. Jacobs was the National Campaign Training Director for United Jewish Appeal and the Director of the New Jersey Israel Chamber of Commerce. Additionally she has been adjunct faculty at the University of Notre Dame and Indiana University and guest lecturer at Baruch College, Rutgers University, Tulane University School of Law, The University of Judaism and Fairleigh Dickinson University.
