Andrew Torba is CEO of Gab, a social network that emphasizes free speech.

Andrew was previously CEO of Kuhcoon and was a Y Combinator alum in the Winter of 2015. ^[1] Andrew is a Republican and a Christian. He is a big fan of Alt right conservative Milo Yiannopolos.

In November 2016, Andrew was banned from Y Combinator for being a Donald Trump supporter and tweeting "build a wall".

The creation of Gab comes in the wake of rash censorships and unexplained account closures of people who post Republican and Libertarian thoughts in social media networks including Twitter and Facebook. The actions have been called Orwellian and come with little explanation and no appeal process.
