Lawsuit

In March 2018, Alo Yoga sued body positive yoga practitioner and influencer Dana Falsetti over an Instagram story in which she criticized the brand for not having a diversity of models.

The suit was not for Falsetti expressing her opinion, but rather for her divulging details of a corporate acquisition in the video.
