Arrest
On December 12, 2016, Wang was arrested at Trump tower, New York after police discovered he was carrying weapons, a firework, and restraining tools in his backpack when he went through the metal detector. [1] At the time of his arrest, Wang told police that he was only in the building because he likes to study there, and that as a survivalist he carries the items with him all the time. [1]
