In April 2017, Kefren auctioned off her virginity for $2.5 million to an anonymous businessman.

The auction took place through German escort bidding site Cinderella Escorts, which has a side business of virginity auctions.

Kefren first presented the idea of the virginity auction on the British daytime chat show This Morning. She said she wanted to do it to help her parents because they were going to be evicted from their house. She said: “Many girls lose their virginity and after that they break up with the guy, and it’s not worth it.

Kefren was inspired by the film Indecent Proposal to get money for sex. She saw other girls, such as Katherine Stone at Dennis Hof's Love Ranch, auctioning their virginity.

Kefren plans to use the money from her virginity auction to school at Oxford University.
