She joined WFAA on May 23, 2016 as co-host of the station's homegrown talk and information program, "Good Morning Texas.". Working for the station she always turned to as a child when television was the main source for local news, what’s going on in the world, weather disasters and city celebrations, was indescribable for her.
The same respect I had for the WFAA brand as a child has amplified now representing WFAA.
I’d be lying if I told you I don’t stare at the call letter tower walking in and get a little star struck every day.
With that, comes a pride to continue to carry that same channel 8 spark to young aspirational viewers, who one day want to join the broadcast business.
