Akinyemi Borisade

Akinyemi Borisade is a former rookie police officer for the Jacksonville, Florida Sheriff's office.

He was hired in March 2015.

Allegations

On April 28, 2016 Borisade was fired and charged with assault after video surfaced of an incident at the Duval County Jail where Borisade, after a female arrestee kicked out at him, repeatedly struck her with his fist while multiple officers looked on, ultimately causing the woman to fall to the ground.
