William Utay
William Utay is an American character actor known for roles as stockbroker-turned-bum Phil Sanders, and Phil's evil twin Will, on the American television series *Night Court *. Utay also plays Dr. Wilhelm Rolf, an associate of the DiMera crime family, on the NBC soap opera *Days of Our Lives * from September 19, 1997 to June 18, 2003 and returned June 4, 2007 to September 24, 2008.
