Latin Syndicate is an American criminal street gang based in Miami, Florida founded by seven friends in the area of West Flagler and 47th Ave in late 1980s. The original leader, Hammer, went to jail for killing a member of South Beach Posse hitting him in the head with a bat then was replaced as leader by Level in that same year. In 1990, a Latin Syndicate gangster shot and killed a rival from South Beach Posse in a South Beach parking lot. A year later, undercover Miami Police officers were inadvertently caught in a shootout between two gangs — In 1991 Level started recruiting a

lot of African Americans to where the name went from LATIN SYNDICATES to LOC'ED SYNDICATES.

The Loc'ed Syndicates were about 150 deep and then Level came up with a plan to Take over the scene, he formed a Nation and he came up with the name SAVAGE CITY GANGSTERZ which was a unification of several Gangs united.

The name Savage city came from the times of when all the tourist were getting robbed and killed in Miami to where the Press said this is a Savage city full of killers.

SAVAGE CITY GANGSTERS WAS Originally started with Loc'ed Syndicates and the Imperial Gangsters, then later the T.N.S. came a part of it and also L.B.B., EVIL GANG and even a chapter of ZULU NATION.

As the years went on there was a lot of back and forth murders and a lot of people died and went to prison.

In 1998 undercover ATF agents busted four gangbangers for selling illegal firearms and orchestrating drug rip-offs.

Level stated half of his boys are in prison and the rest are all deceased,Level stated on a Testimony Video That After being in a coma and being so close to death bullets grazing his head and whistling by him so many times, in and outta jail seeing death so many times he realized that he had a calling by Jesus Christ, He saw Demons after him since he was a kid and one night had an encounter with Jesus Christ and gave it all up, he states he ended the Gang but he sees people still claiming it having no idea who they are.
