Kyle Peko (born July 23, 1993) is an American football nose tackle for the Denver Broncos of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Oregon State .

Professional career

On May 3, 2016, Peko signed with the Broncos as an undrafted rookie free agent following the 2016 NFL Draft . [4] On September 20, he was released by the Broncos and was re-signed to the practice squad on September 22. [5] [6] He was promoted to the active roster on December 28. [7]

On September 2, 2017, Peko was waived, but re-signed the next day. [8] [9] On September 9, Peko was waived by the Broncos and was re-signed to the practice squad three days later on September 12. [10] [11] He was promoted to the active roster on September 16, 2017. [12] He was waived again on October 21, 2017 and re-signed back to the practice squad. [4] [4] He was promoted back to the active roster on November 25, 2017. [4]

Personal life

Kyle Peko is the younger cousin of nose tackle Domata Peko , who was drafted by the Cincinnati Bengals in 2006 and joined him on the Denver Broncos in 2017 .
