Christian Thibaudeau
Christian Thibaudeau is a Canadian bodybuilder, and strength-training coach. He has been involved in the business of training for over the last 15 years.
Thibaudeau gained notability in the online bodybuilding world in the late 1990s as a key contributor to the online bodybuilding magazine, Iron Magazine Online (or IronMag). He has worked with athletes from 28 different sports. He has been "Head Strength Coach" for the Central Institute for Human Performance (official center of the St. Louis Blues). Thibaudeau has competed in several Olympic Weightlifting and bodybuilding shows, most recently the 2006 Quebec Provincial Championships. He competed in weightlifting at the national level as well as bodybuilding, He was also a football coach for 8 years.
T-Nation
Thibaudeau is also a senior author and head writer for Testosterone Magazine and his articles are read by over 200,000 people every week. On T-Nation, in November 2010, Thibaudeau declared that "A coach who is willing to try different things shows that they're open minded and sincerely looking for the best way to progress, not boost their ego. These are the kind of coaches – and people – I respect."
Author
Thibaudeau has published three books, each translated into three languages: The Black Book of Training Secrets, Theory and Application of Modern Strength and Power Methods, High Threshold Muscle Building. Thibaudeau is a co-author with Paul Carter in Maximum Muscle Bible. He is also the author of two DVDs (Cluster Training, Mechanical Drop Sets).

Seminars
As a lecturer he has given conferences and seminars in both the United States and Europe, to audiences ranging from amateur athletes to health professionals and coaches of all types.
The Neuro Typing System
Thibaudeau is a pioneer in the development of the Neuro Typing System theory which elaborate about neurological profiles and how they have a huge impact on athletes performance and nutrition. This principle explains that everybody is neurally and physically different which means everyone respond differently to certain training variables within training programs.
