Val Head became interested in Web animation and Web standards while learning to work with Adobe Flash animations and ActionScript. Head was the Design Director at Northmaple Studio and Interactive Design Director at Agency 1903. Head is also the Founder of On the Fridge, LLC which produces Web Design Day conference in Pittsburgh PA and a number of Web Design workshops around the country.
