Tyson Clark has worked as a Partner-Venture Investing at GV in Mountain View, California. Tyson focuses on enterprise Software as a service application and data center infrastructure spaces and has been with GV since August, 2015. 
Before working in Venture capital, Tyson worked as a Director of Corporate Development at Oracle, where he lead acquisitions in the enterprise software as a service space. From 2009-2012 he worked as an Associate in the Technology Investment Banking Division at Morgan Stanley, where he oversaw IPO and M&A transactions for a variety of cloud computing companies.

Tyson was a Nuclear Powered Submarine Officer (Lieutenant O-3) from Jan 2003 – Nov 2005 He served aboard fast attack submarine USS Salt Lake City (SSN-716) in a variety of supervisory capacities including: Assistant Weapons Officer, Chemistry and RadCon Officer and Scuba Diving Officer. 
Tyson studied in the Naval Nuclear Power Training Program from Jun 2001 – Jan 2003. He was certified by United States Department of Energy as a Nuclear Reactor Power Plant Supervisor. 
Tyson serves on the board of directors of ReSurge International, a non profit organization that works to heal impoverished patients in developing countries who are suffering from congenital abnormalities or injuries.
