Trapfire Brothers may be a new collective, but the sum of its parts has quickly caught up to each member's savvy catalog of musical journeying. Guitarist / vocalists Justin Garber and Eddie Williams each fronted full-time touring acts after proving their mettle in Clemson's college music scene. When the time came to expand in Greenville, the two joined forces with Preston Smith, a bassist with rounded skills in jazz fusion, folk, and latin styles.

Trapfire Brothers play with a resolve founded in the honesty of their performance and a love of the craft. Their sound hinges on genre-bending vocal harmonies overtop a spacious palette of guitars, upright bass, cajon, and melodica. Fans of The Wood Brothers, Chris Robinson, The Avett Brothers, and Amos Lee... take note. [+]
