Time-of-Flight 3D Neutron Diffraction (ToF 3DND) is a microscopy technique for Materials science. It allows to reconstruct, nondestructively, the internal structure of cm-size polycrystalline materials in 3D. Combined with 3D X-ray Diffraction (3DXRD) and 3D electron microscopy techniques, ToF 3DND allows to reconstruct the internal structure of materials over a number of length scales.
