Stephen Liao is an entrepreneur and influencer based in Las Vegas, NV. He is the founder of Moves, a social media startup. Liao is known for his credit hacks, which Tai Lopez publicized in late 2017.
Liao is a graduate of Lakota West High School. He took classes at several colleges including Miami University and the University of Cincinnati before studying computer science at Stanford University. He dropped out in 2017 to pursue Moves.
From 2012-2014, Liao worked at Apple in Mobile Security, discovering and patching three vulnerabilities during his time inspecting iOS 6 and 6. Along with volunteering as CIO of The INTERalliance of Greater Cincinnati and coordinated all IT aspects for Tech Olympics 2013, 2014, and 2015, Liao became Global Operations IT at General Electric where he made their services more efficient on a global scale.
During the summer of 2016, Liao joined GE Digital as an Authentication Engineer for Predix, GE's digital industrial application platform, and lead UA testing on Predix's registration process. In addition, Liao was the Marketing Lead for Yik Yak and directed social media marketing campaigns and brand representatives.
Liao is an expert on credit management and went from 0 to 20 million reward points and established a $3 million line of credit. On December 4th, 2017, Tai Lopez brought Liao on his YouTube channel to share his knowledge. Together, they offer a Credit Hack program to educate clients more about credit and credit cards.
In February 2017, Stephen founded the social media startup Moves that help garner impressions by connecting people through communities. Users share pictures and videos with different communities through a shared stream of content. The company has a proof of concept on top of Snapchat generating 40m daily impressions in an 8 month span and a conversion rate of 40% to the app itself.
