Startup UCLA is an organization directed by Robert Jadon organization for promoting entreprenuerial activty for students and recent alumni of UCLA.  Since 2012, Startup UCLA hosts a summer accelerator program in which admitted teams work full time for 10 weeks over the summer to complete a product demo to showcase at the accelerator demo day usually held in September.  The accelerator program provides workspace, guidance, legal services, and mentorship to admitted teams. 
In addition to a summer incubator program, Startup UCLA hosts a number of events, talks, and networking sessions for interested students and community members.  Startup UCLA gives admitted companies $10K without taking equity. [✔] Participation in the program involves weekly meetings, events and working from the shared office spaces. [✔]
Ship Mate - A mobile application for cruise ship passengers. Consistently ranked highly on Apple's App Store in Travel Apps. It was subsequently bought by Cruiseline. 
Enrou - An eCommerce platform for directly purchasing home goods and fashion attire made by local communities to empower the working class of developing countries.
