Startup UCLA is an organization directed by Robert Jadon organization for promoting entreprenuerial activty for students and recent alumni of UCLA.[13]  Since 2012, Startup UCLA hosts a summer accelerator program in which admitted teams work full time for 10 weeks over the summer to complete a product demo to showcase at the accelerator demo day usually held in September.[13]  The accelerator program provides workspace, guidance, legal services, and mentorship to admitted teams.[13]

In addition to a summer incubator program, Startup UCLA hosts a number of events, talks, and networking sessions for interested students and community members.[13]  Startup UCLA gives admitted companies $10K without taking equity.
