Shefali Tsabary, Ph.D., is a clinical psychologist with a private practice in New York, New York.  Her focus is mainly on conscious parenting and through her work, she has been featured on Oprah and is invited to give speeches around the world.
Education and Career
Shefali completed her post-grad studies at from Columbia University and received her doctorate in clinical psychology. As she was exposed to Eastern teachings at an early age, her specialty is in the integration of this eastern philosophy and Western psychology. It is this blend of East and West that allows her to reach a global audience and establishes her as one of a kind in the field of mindfulness psychology.  
An highly-sought after lecturer, Shefali has been invited to speak and give presentations at prestigious institutions including Wisdom 2.0, TEDx, Kellogg Business School, The Dalai Lama Center for Peace and Education, and more. In addition, she collaborated with organizations such as Goldie Hawn’s MindUp Foundation, Kids in the House and many educational and transformational centers around the world.
Shefali is an acclaimed author and has written three best-selling books. Her first book, The Conscious Parent, was featured on Oprah. Her second book, Out of Control, provides advice for discipline children. Her latest book, The Awakened Family, gives tools and tips for a symbiotic relationship between family members.
