Mimi Gilbert Biography Short

Living in Australia and New Zealand since 2011, she continues to make music around the world, playing in venues of all kinds, street and stage alike. Creating layer upon layer of a raw, prevailing sound that simply burst with life, journey and experience, Mimi feels most herself when behind any instrument at all, sharing the understanding that comes from music. She has been working on her debut album Strangers Won’t Exist in New Zealand, looking forward to an early 2016 release.
