Early Life and Education
Agrawal is an identical twin. She is the daughter of a Japanese mom and Indian dad and grew up in Francophone Canada. Agrawal attended Cornell University and graduated with a degree in Business and Communication in 2001.
Agrawal formerly worked on Wall Street at Deutsche Bank for almost 2 years. In addition to launching Thinx in 2015, Agrawal launched the brand TUSHY, selling sleek installable bidets and changing the culture of the American bathroom experience.
Sexual Harassment Allegations
In March 2017, Agrawal was charged with grabbing the breasts of an employee at Thinx. Although she denies wrongdoing, she stepped down as CEO after the board investigated. However, she is still employed by the company.
