[-1]Despite the tiny amounts required for a lethal dose via skin contact—less than 10 miligrams—both Skripal and her father survived the reported Novichok poisoning.
They have been released from Salisbury Hospital into the care of the British intelligence agencies and moved to a secure location.
On 23 May 2018, Yulia Skripal gave a statement for cameras that she "may have been poisoned" and that her treatment was invasive, painful and depressing.
